We bought a cargo van to work from and take trips in when we can get away. We threw a mattress in the back, and we take turns driving. I purchased these so that we can tie in while sleeping in the back while the van is moving. I have a friend that is paralyzed from not being tied in, sleeping in the back of a car, so I don't know if these will help, but it makes me feel better. Also, we do roofing, so dual use. These are comfortable and easy to get in/buckle up. since it is all one color, it takes a minute to figure which side goes up. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it. Very high quality.
