Causes: Philanthropy, Public Foundations

Mission: The mission of the Fabulous Faith's Foundation is to end the suffering caused by pediatric cancer by supporting cancer research, affected families, providers, and facilities, while promoting awareness and hope that a cure will be found. This foundation was formed in honor of Faith Rose Lautzenheiser who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, and fought bravely for 10 months before taking her journey to heaven. Her life can be described only with the word joy. Faith remains always on our minds and forever in our hearts, as we strive to honor her legacy.

Target demographics: raise money to specifically donate to childhood cancer patients, families , research and those who provide medical care for these kids

Direct beneficiaries per year: families affected by childhood cancer by providing thousands of dollars in family assistance, facilities support, and research funding.

Geographic areas served: primarily the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but also have a national presence

Programs: family assistance grants, funding critical childhood cancer research, and facilities assistance.
