This is a VERY high quality balance pad! But actually, I bought it to place underneath one of my old, kinda' mushy sofa cushions. And to my surprise? It worked pretty darned well. Now I don't sink so far down when watching TV while sitting on my sofa. Yay!

Added this to our stock of non-slip/less slippery items for dog training after I saw these at our local doggie school. Good dimensions for our dog to develop tuck sit and other work. Useful for stacking on platforms for body strengthening exercises. Slightly spongy feel, but not too sinky/soft for 60 pound dog.
