Mission: Equal Rights Advocates is dedicated to protecting and expanding economic and educational access and opportunities for women and girls.

Equal Rights Advocates pursues our gender justice mission with the vision of a society where all people have full and equal access to:
- educational and economic opportunities; and
- participation opportunities and leadership roles in the public and private spheres; and
- work and school environments where they can achieve economic security while also caring for themselves and loved ones.

Equal Rights Advocates is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1972, and donations are tax-deductible.
