These pans are so durable and don't scratch easy. Cookies, cakes and brownies bake evenly and don't stick to the pans due to the lovely pebble design. I have the jelly roll pan, the 9 inch square and round pans. The only thing is I wish they had smaller sizes like a 6 inch or 8 inch. Also would be great if they made muffin pans too!
