Do not order this stuff in the winter. If for any reason it freezes at any time the product is ruined. There’s a complicated chemical process that occurs because it’s a water base adhesive.

We followed the directions to a "T", even did all the proper prep work and this stuff did not work. Our roof membrane is still loose 3weeks later. This stuff costs way to much to be defective!! Definitely won't make the mistake of buying this adhesive again.

Admittedly I am not using this for an RV roof. I used it to finish a rooftop deck made of OSB underlayment. The instructions say it adheres to bare wood, but after rolling on a coat as directed and brushing the EPDM down to remove air bubbles there were a few places where it just didn't adhere so it is noticeably loose under foot. Very frustrating as I can't remove it to redo with another product since in some places it did stick fine after finally curing. I watched multiple videos about how to lay EPDM before I started and it seemed pretty straight forward, but in those videos the adhesive always seemed much stickier than this. For example, going up the walls was nearly impossible with this product. The EPDM just wouldn't stick to the wall even though I had a good even coat of adhesive running all the way up. I finally had to manually fasten the EPDM at the top. Just like the decking it eventually cured in some places but was loose in others. Would definitely use a different adhesive if I ever do this again.
