At the top of every hour (when there is light in the room), the clock plays a melody, alternating between one of three famous hymns: Amazing Grace, Rock of Ages, and What a Friend We Have in Jesus. Each melody lasts 20-30 seconds. A light sensor at top of clock face deactivates music when room is dark. Clock requires three AA batteries, not included. Comes in a full color window gift box. I got this clock to put in my kid's room and it is perfect! I really love the fun colors on the clock so much because it matches the cute and playful aesthetic of my kid's bedroom. This clock includes a couple sets of numbers: one set so you can read it as a 24 hour clock and another set of numbers that mark the minutes. It is a great for helping train kids how to read analog. So far it's doing a great job of keeping accurate time and the second hand runs smooth and quiet so there is no ticking. It came with a wall hook and four really skinny nails to permanently affix the hook to the wall. If you are going to use the included hook for the clock, make sure that you are sure of where you want to hang it because it's going to be there forever. I ended up using a thumbtack to hang the clock on my wall so that I could move it easier. The clock is so lightweight that a thumbtack holds it up just fine.

This is a good clock, according to my sister to whom I gave it as a gift. I mean, it appears to keep time accurately. It looks fine. Is it the most amazing clock ever? I would say not. But does it do what it says it would do and look like it said it would look and is overall functioning and decent? Yes. A perfectly nice inexpensive clock.

This is a decent wall clock that I got for our bathroom. The black outer material looks like cheap, glossy plastic but as long as the clock functions, I'm fine with it. There is no ticking sound, which I like, and matches what the product description stated. It is very lightweight and only takes one AA battery. It also comes with some hanging hardware but I'm not a fan of the tiny metal pins and prefer a push pin. My only complaint is that it should come with one thumb/push pin but the watch itself appears to work fine and silently. I will update this review if I encounter any issues after further use.
