Mission: Dance source houston supports and promotes the creation and presentation of contemporary dance in houston tx

Programs: Management of the barn: dance source performing arts space, a 7200 square foot facility housing 2 dance studios, and a 120 seat black box theatre, which provides affordable rehearsal and performance space for over 52 artists and arts organizations. Management of the facilty ended in july 2016.

developing audiences: marketing services including the dance card, the dance source website, the dance newsletter and dance eblasts. Producing dance events including barnstorm dance fest and mind the gap.

developing community support for contemporary dance: dance source support services including dance writings, marketing materials distribution services, marketing support services, support to 55 member artists/organizations, workshops, artist in residence and production micro grants.
