Mission: Cultivate is devoted to organizing our community resources to fight hunger through food rescue.

Results: In 2020, Cultivate Food Rescue has rescued over 812,000 pounds of food, distributed over 178,000 meals to schools and organizations in three counties, and distributed over 440,000 pounds of food in bulk to food pantries!

Target demographics: food insecure children and food pantry guests

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 700 students with weekend meals and dozens of food pantries and community centers with bulk food to distribute to their clients.

Geographic areas served: 3 counties in Northern Indiana

Programs: food rescue, meal preparation, and redistribution of high quality rescued food.
