I'm thrilled I found this seedless jam for my dad. It is difficult to find seedless raspberry jam locally, let alone organic with good quality ingredients. I will say the texture is not that of a jam, but rather sort of like the filling in a lemon donut, not exactly pudding, not jelly, it is smooth, but does need to be stirred to incorporate separated juice. This definitely will be a monthly purchase going forward.

We got a case on sale and this jam is YUMMY! It's nice to have great jam with good ingredients as backup when I need it.
