Mission: To operate exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, and in furtherance of the charitable, scientific, and educational purposes of sierra vista hospital, an acute care hospital which is operated under the terms of a joint powers agreement between the county of sierra, the city of truth or consequences, and the village of williamsburg, all located in the state of new mexico. Sierra vista hospital is the only hospital to the north or south. This is a recreational area visited by nearly one million persons each year, plus those who travel on interstate 25.The hospital operates a home health care program, maintains an operating room clinic, laboratory, emergency room, and physical therapy unit. The equipment provided by community health foundation, inc. Supports all the facilities and programs listed above.
