This device malfunctioned and when it did, Opentip did not help me in returning it. It took one week of my trying to get help to be connected to the manufacturer, who thankfully has good customer service and solved my problem promptly. I'll never shop from Opentip again!

This device keeps randomly quitting. The green light stays on but it stops working. I turn it off for a while and then it works. Not only disappointed in the product, but in the company's lack of support in returning a defective item.
