The product shape morphs and the seams start to break. If you are a workout every once in a while person it probably will be fine but if you workout regularly amp; would use this product regularly it is not worth it. Invest in a higher quality slam ball that will not need to be replaced after a couple months use.

Bigger than a basketball/soccer ball/etc. Kinda weird being so big and only 8 lbs, but if that's what you're looking for, this is for you! Good bounce (for a medicine ball). Smooth pleather exterior.
