This works for us for what we purchased it for...rope flow. And we have used it for several other purposes including as a slip lead in dog rescue and for various uses on a camping trip. Quite happy with this purchase. It has been a good value, it's a pretty color, and it has been quite durable.

I use this for stretching and it works well. You can tie more knots as needed for hand grips. Would be 5 stars if you could select a color of choice or at least preferred colors.

They're ropes. Nothing fancy. My teenager prefers this .60 rope to the $30 Nike wire wrapped in plastic with weighted handles. Get these. Give away 5 of them to your friends.
