Mission: To foster, support, and encourage the activities and purposes of central arkansas radiation therapy institute, inc (carti, inc. ), and to advance its objectives, including sponsorship of and assistance to carti, inc. Which provides healthcare services to cancer patients.

Programs: For more than four decades, carti has been known for providing the highest quality patient-centered cancer care and for programs which treat the patient as a whole, not just the disease. The carti foundation was formed in 1983 to develop and implement fundraising programs in support of carti's cancer patients. Today, the foundation funds all patient assistance and outreach programs as well as many of carti's program, equipment and capital needs. Funds raised through the carti foundation directly benefit and enhance the quality of life for the estimated 20,000 patients carti treats each year.

scholarships - scholarship recipients must be or have been a cancer patient and a carti kid. Applicants must complete an application and submit an essay on the impact cancer had on their lives and what carti meant to them in order to qualify for a scholarship.
