4 1/2 STARS This costume is so incredibly adorable. It's one piece with intricate details and comes with a polka dot neck scarf (with hook-and-loop fastener) for an authentic look. (The scarf also looks cute tied around a ponytail!) Dress also comes with fancy stick-on letters so your child can add her initials. DOES NOT come with shoes or socks. Reasons I did not give it 5 stars: The poofy liner was itchy around my daughter's waist, so she had to wear a t-shirt underneath. The collar kept flipping up a tad due to the way it's sewn. (Ironing would not help.) I just wish it would lay perfectly flat! May add Velcro to keep it in place the next time my daughter wears the dress.

Super cute and really nice quality! I purchased this for my 5 year olds sock hop at school and she was the cutest thing ever! She now has this as part of her dress up clothes and it's held up great!

Loved this for my 4 year old. My only complaint is that the tulle skirt that goes underneath was entirely way too big. She just went without it but it would have been nice to have had it.

Very cute Halloween costume. Had lots of compliments. The slip underneath is much too big in the waist but it's easy to fix. Overall pleased with the purchase.

I thought about sending the product back because the size was off and the letters were lower case instead of capital. I kept it and made it work. I rolled the petticoat over then pinned it because it was way too long. The belt was too big, I used a safety pin in the back. I took the U and flipped it upside down and cut off another piece to make an A. After doing all that my daughter looked great.

Very cute, light, easy to wear, the separate underskirt was loose and kept falling down though. I may just sew it on to the dress or pull in the waist.
