I'm usually size 8.5 medium width. I ordered size 8.5 wide, and just trying these boots on was painful. These boots are very heavy (797 g a foot) and too narrow for a wide width, even narrower than medium width.

Nice boot and should work for heavy duty construction but in less then a month my boots are already coming apart. I thought with the Catepillar Brand they would withstand anything. Heel already coming away from the boot.

The price seemed to good to be true. They arrived fast but not good quality the whole sole came out after 1 month.

Sole cracked on first day of wear. Not even under heavy use. Returned.<br /><br />Two stars instead of one because they are pretty comfortable and seem well constructed otherwise.

Boots only lasted about 3 months. Caused painful a callus to form on bottom of foot.
