I got them for my husband since he's a construction worker. It was about time to get rid of the old ones! The color makes it more masculine, and he just loved the feeling and quality overall. Needs some breaking in to do but the comfort is there..

This is my second pair of Cat boots. The first pair took forever to break in , but the boot eventually got comfortable. and lasted about 4 -5 years. This second pair though, was comfortable right away. They reduced the number of eyelets and have less lace hooks and they go on and off faster. They are comfortable. Both pairs were well made with very durable soles that will give you long service. Will buy again...if I live long enough!!

Okay I've had these boots for a while but only started wearing them about 2 months ago. On the positive side they are well made and very sturdy. However, they take some breaking in and the sole is very hard so walking long distances in them can be a bit of a problem. If you're mostly standing around and maybe working in them, they would be great but for hiking/walking pick something lighter and with a softer sole.

I'm usually size 8.5 medium width. I ordered size 8.5 wide, and just trying these boots on was painful. These boots are very heavy (797 g a foot) and too narrow for a wide width, even narrower than medium width.
