The barbell is a complete junk. It arrived with already partially stripped paint on the ends and only gotten worse. Big chunks of paint are pealing off and small black chips of paint stay on the hands. THIS IS A COMPLETE JUNK MADE IN A GARAGE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

This is my 1st barbell purchase and it is well worth the money. I love this thing. This is a quality product and one detail I really like about this bar is the knurling they use.

I needed something cheap that I could use when traveling. It’s the perfect size and it does the job. Not the most dramatic bend in an easy bar, but still worked.

Use this for over head tricepe extensions. Pop goes the muscles...three heads of tricepe are showing...lol 3 sets of 8-10 reps. I'm 65 years old. I used to work out 3 hours per day. Now it's just enough to watch them pop out lol. This bar is durable and well made.
