This curl bar is a work of ART! It's a precision-like bodybuilding tool in both appearance and function. The angles are gentle making it more universally useful for arm work, chest, or shoulders. It's a great addition to my gym gear for an unbelievable 27 bucks!

Use this for over head tricepe extensions. Pop goes the muscles...three heads of tricepe are showing...lol 3 sets of 8-10 reps. I'm 65 years old. I used to work out 3 hours per day. Now it's just enough to watch them pop out lol. This bar is durable and well made.

The bar functions fine once the collars are screwed on. The black finish gets worn and gums up the threads. This makes screwing the collar on and off difficult. I should have bought the chrome plated version because this would not have been a problem.

This bar is nearly perfect for the cost. I needed something that could use 1 inch diameter plates.My personal preference is for the bar to be angled at the bend a little more, but that's just my preference and yours might differ.

Works great. Got it kinda as an afterthought to make use of some 1 plates I'd been using for barbells. I reallllllly like the screw down mechanism for securing the plates. I think I like it more than the clip down style that you'd use with olympic sized bars.. The little o-ring has just enough push-back to keep everything from coming spiraling apart during use.

I bought this so it could stare at me at home and force myself to some bicep curls for the pretty girls. About the same average price range that you'll find at target and Walmart for curl bars.
