was really hoping I would like these, but don't like the flavor, the texture, easy to prepare and should have been a good substitute, but I'm sticking to good old tofu, never buying this again. It doesn't go bad like tofu can if not used in time, but that is about the only positive thing I can think to write about it.

This was the first time I tried these and oh my gosh they’re wonderful. I like that they’re big chunks and they do replicate chicken. It’s a little hard to squeeze them out, but I like that they’re not defatted and basically if I’m more natural state of soy, I wish the company would tell a little more information whether it’s organic or Non gmo.. where it’s made ect. I use these to make a chicken salad that is out of this world. Using the recipe on the butler website.

I like these very much. Mostly intact curls that plump up well and can easily be made to your taste for all types of dishes. They can be sauted to be crunchy outside to give texture to the meals.

We used these when we were newly vegan. Easy to use and we loved them. We made Burnt Ends with BBQ sauce and used them in Pepper Steak using the soy curls in place of the steak. It’s really tasty!

Preparing Soy Curls is easy! Follow these simple



1. Soak Soy Curls

Place 1/2 of an 8 oz. bag of Soy Curls (approx. 2 1/2 cups) in a container large enough to cover with warm water and soak for 8-10 minutes to re-hydrate, then drain excess water.



2. Drain Soy Curls

Drain excess water, and place in skillet.



3. Season and lightly brown Soy Curls

Add 2 Tbsp. Butler Chik-Style Seasoning (or your favorite seasoning) & sautee until lightly browned.



4. Serve or add to your favorite dish!

Seasoned Soy Curls kept in a closed container in your fridge are ready for quick use in your favorite recipes.
