These are a great value, about 1/8 the price of grocery store herbs de provence. The bottle is restaurant sized, so you'll get a lot of use out of it. The herbs do not taste super fresh (but neither do any of the other brands), but they do taste fresh enough. There's some lavender in there but not a lot. Mostly it seems to be thyme, sage, tarragon and oregano.

This is a mix of spice’s originated in France. Great to spice up tomato and vegetable sauces. The price for the 6oz. Is pretty responsible. Very good to add this to a lot of other things also. If your a cook that likes to experiment, this is a spice to have. Enjoy

Herbs De Provence is a culinary masterpiece of French cooking. This particular bottle is also a fine addition to my cooking style. Try new potatoes sauteed in butter and sprinkled with this. You can't go wrong.
