I liked that it contains the cards as described. What I didn't like, after less than a dozen uses, the tray broke off the base and I wasn't able to reattach it so that it would swivel again.

I only rated it low cause it doesn't rotate but then I didn't want a rotating card holder just one that holds six decks...that it does well

As a card-holder, it seems to fit the bill very well. The rotating base leaves much to be desired. You must pick it up carefully by the base to avoid losing the three little ball bearings. Make sure everybody at your table knows this! Perhaps it needs a "brad" or something to hold the base together, or just a way to remove the rotating base and let it sit on the table.
