This book is really informative with potentially increasing the health and yield of your plants. I am excited to try some of the organic foliar sprays using simple "weeds" and plants to make them like nettle, dandelion, comfrey etc. He has you add leaf mold to the weeds and water to help digest it. They are pretty simple recipes and don't include a lot of bought ingredients so I liked that. He also has you use plant "discards" to make amendments for next year. I plan on treating some of my garden to the foliar sprays and drenching and not treating other parts to compare. Lots of useful information in the book and am very glad I purchased it!
