I can't sleep without this thing. It fits perfectly to support you neck at night and pairs well with a flat pillow for your head. As a sleep apnea side/stomach sleeper this thing really keeps my neck in alignment and helps my chin from falling to my neck. I originally bought this for neck and shoulder pain. It takes some adjustment to get used to it but those issues are seldom a problem since I started using this. I used this for years and recently bought a replacement due to the "pillow case" discoloration.

I like the firmness of this pillow. I use it on my sofa, to provide me with the added lumbar support I need. I have severe scoliosis amp; severe back pain. I can't sit on my sofa without the help of this great pillow. I have ordered several through the years.

I got this to use in my Massage Therapy practice. My clients appreciate it and it is easy to use. Very comfortable. Only downside is that it is not water/oil resistant. I am still trying to find something to enclose it with that will fit well. Probably going to make something myself, but the bolster is perfect size and perfect cushion amount for clients in both supine and prone positioning.

This cushion is perfect for multiple positions, areas of the body, that I've used it for since I received it. I followed the instructions and waited a few days before using it once I unpacked it in order to let it get to it's proper shape and firmness. I only wish more were in stock so I could get a couple more. I love how versatile and comfy this is!

I love this pillow! It fits under my knees and keeps them from hyperextending when I sleep on my back. Word of warning: it came in a small box, completely flattened. I almost sent it back until I saw a card telling me to wait 48 hours for it to inflate. In just a few hours, it had the correct half-moon shape. It works as expected.
