Callebaut chocolate is highly rated and delicious. Buying it in 11 pound blocks is economical, but unwieldy. It involves a lot of heavy chopping before you start your recipe. These are shaped like chocolate chips, but are so much better. This is the perfect amount of sweetness for most recipes and the size makes melting them fast and convenient. Good expiration date and fast service as well. I will purchase these again.

Used for chocolate covered strawberries and making Oreo truffles. The bag seemed expensive but when I compared to other brand of chocolate I've used, it was only slightly more expensive. But the chocolate was so much better. This will definitely be my go to chocolate!
