I love this product, I often have the chips just as a snack but I also use it to make homemade chocolate Truffles. My husband has made cholate mousse with it as well. It melts very nicely and can be used in any culinary creation requiring dark chocolate.

Melts beautifully, almost looks like silk. Only thing better is the flavor! It's worth the money if you want to make fantastic chocolate treats.

While this product was more expensive than other melting chocolates I bought, it is much better. I don't like Merckens dark chocolate because it's not that dark. This has a great flavor and the wafers are very tiny and easy to melt. I melt my chocolate in the microwave and it worked perfectly.

I used this to make hot cocoa bombs. The chocolate by itself is delicious. I'm not a dark chocolate fan but his is great!Melts easily. Solidifies quickly enough. If tempered properly stays shiny!

I'd never tried this brand of chocolate but decided to take a chance on it. OMG, it's amazing! I made chocolate truffles with it - half the ganache truffle balls rolled in cocoa powder and the other half dipped in this stuff tempered first which was a first attempt for me. I've gifted quite a few of the truffles and so far everyone who's eaten one said they feel like they died and went to heaven. I used to use Trader Joe's chocolate to make my truffles which is also Belgian chocolate, but this one is far superior.

Can't beat this brand of chocolate. The chips are delicious in recipes or just popped into your mouth for a sweet chocolate treat. Highly recommend if you need a very large amount of chips. I separated into 5 smaller plastic bags to use when needed. Buying in larger quantity was more cost saving. Highly recommend buying, I'd buy again for sure.

Well, this has been my favorite chocolate for a decade. It has a richness and smoothness that is very satisfying. I use in making ganache and for enrobing... and for snacking, but don't tell anyone... Delivery was quick and all bags were in perfect shape.

This chocolate is super delicious! The sellers also have fantastic customer service! Yes, it is kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for. Flavor and texture is spot on! Will be purchasing this many more times!
