I'm making a costume and wanted a lime/neon green for the skirt. This was perfect! I love the ruffles on the bottom. It's also not crazy hot to wear with all those layers, I run hot so I can't stand very hot clothing, especial if it's a costume. The fabric feels good. I was nervous about ordering because I'm a 16/18 in skirts/pants and it was one size. It's a tiny bit snug, but fits well enough.

Used to have this skirt YEARS ago in red and used it for all manner of things; tribal dance, as a petticoat liner, you name it! So when my old one finally hit the dust this came in clutch! There's a weird smell straight out of the package but just grab your favourite incense stick and throw one in the bag and roll it around a bit before airing it out, it'll be fine! Waistband was fit but not snug, and is wide so even if it did it wouldn't look too abysmal.

The listing makes it look like this skirt is very full and has multiple layers. The one i received was not tiered, it has only one thin layer of fabric, it looks nothing like the photo. Not worth $30 to me.
