Mission: To provide primary care services at no cost to uninsured and underinsured low income residents of west virginia.

Programs: The organization provides medical care to patients in the state of west virginia. The organization also provides prescription and other medical supplies free of charge. All patients of the organization are indigent. Counseling and outreach services are also provided.
