Mission: We use products as solutions to alleviate poverty by meeting immediate needs and creating opportunities for empowerment.

Results: As of 2019, we've distributed over 300,000 pairs of The Shoe That Grows in over 100 countries and started producing them locally in Kenya, providing 12 full-time equivalent jobs. As of 2019,19 entrepreneurs have started our Pursuit program to bring their impact products to the next level.

Programs: The Shoe That Grows - A shoe that expands 5 sizes and lasts for years, created for kids living in poverty. Without shoes, people are vulnerable to soil-transmitted diseases and parasites and children are particularly vulnerable. Since children's feet grow so quickly, they often outgrow donated shoes within a year, leaving them once again exposed. The Shoe That Grows is manufactured in Kenya which provides employment and lasting change.
