Was the same brand as the original amplifier so some of the holes lined up with the existing ones in the cabinet, but being 1 narrower I had to make a plate to fill the void. I guess that's why an exact Polk replacement was $100 more for basically the same thing. Sounds just the original.

Bought two (built two 15 inch subwoofers with them). Great sound, no issues at all. Used for surround sound system.

So far so good! I bought this to replace my blown Polk PSW505 amp. I had to seal the inch gap using a square inch wooden spacer from local hardware store. I first rounded off the edges on the spacer and then used a speaker sealing putty to seal off the gap as well as four of the old mounting holes. Then drove three wood screws from the side to hold the spacer in pace. Those are in between the four where the amp mounts to. The first four amp holes line up to the original Polk ones but the rest had to created new. Pilot holes are your friends. And finally I just used a sharpie to color the exposed wood. Totally lazy move but works ok since this side will be hidden. As for the sound I haven’t played with it long enough but it sounds at least as good as the Polk. I hope this helps someone out there on the fence.

I am running this amp in my attic, to a ceiling mounted subwoofer, that is hooked up to my garage surround sound. It pushes the wattage that it says. I am running a Klipsch 150 watt rms subwoofer. This amp is perfect

I built a solid box to house my subwoofer speaker - this amp was already engineered to exceed any spec that I could design and build. At the price point, it's a real bargain. It has plenty of power for movie effects and for a good solid 34;bottom34; for the gospel and funk that I listen to!

This is a beast of am amplifier for what it is. Outperforms my previous 300W plate amp. Very punchy.

It's a good sub amp that cant drive decent stereo speakers. Nearly fits as a replacement for a Klipsch Promedia 5.1 amp but does require filling in a 234; x 1034; hole.

Works well for my aplication. I used it to replace the amp in my aspen 34;400 watt34; sub. Sounds better than before. Just had to make the whole bigger. Still working on getting the cross over set and will probably have to adjust the bass boost point as well. A little silly that the you have to unsoldier the resistors to change the bass boost location. Could of potentiometers would be better.....
