This long lasting steel pail opener and closer (11 x 3.5 x 1.875 inch) with a zinc plating unfastens UN rated 5 gallon plastic and steel pails as well as non UN rated plastic and steel pails. The hammer head reseals the plastic pail lids for intermittent use.

Curved end hook pry opens steel pail lugs
Provides the right torque to open UN rated pails
Angled hook or side tong to pry off plastic lids, depending on the type of lid
Cutter built into the tool for cutting through slits found on some plastic pail lids
