This supplement helps to coat the myelin sheath around nerves which promotes calmness and helps with memory and sleep. Other benefits that my family and I have noticed: My children perform better in school, and we have less EMF reactions (man-made radiation damage that can cause headaches, tinnitus, fatigue, brain fog, and more).
