Azure Market ditalini mac pasta is crafted with Azure-milled ultra-unifine durum semolina flour in order to infuse each shell with the wholegrain goodness you've come to love from Azure flours.
By using our ultra-unifine flour, we're using a highly elastic flour without sharp bits of bran to puncture the dough. This means pasta is more tender and delicious while still having the nutrition of whole grain. Under the careful hands of our pasta artisans, our flour comes to life as a delicious, tender meal staple.

Bring 4-5 quarts of cold water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste until preferred level of al dente texture is reached. Drain pasta.

Ladies keep this in the freezer!! It can go rancid otherwise. Just take it out scoop out what you need no need to warm it up.
