Azure Market Organics Old World Collection Olives are for those with a passion for enjoying traditionally processed and fermented natural foods according to the "old ways." Similar to the differences between raw sauerkraut and canned sauerkraut, natural preservation processes for olives result in a better tasting and more healthful food. Our naturally-brined olives are exceptionally superb in flavor without vinegar or preservatives (like potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate).
Our olives are sustainably grown in Peru and tended with care by growers who are dedicated to reforesting the desert and supporting a more biodiverse and healthy ecosystem using sustainable groves of olive trees.
Dehydrated Olives, Pitted, Mixed Blend, Organic
Brine-cured and slow-dried, our intensely flavorful dehydrated olives are perfect for sprinkling on salads, pasta, sandwiches, and soups. The olives are brine-cured for three to four months and then dehydrated in heat chambers for thirty to forty hours (at 40 degrees C) to remove half the water content, resulting in deep olive flavor and satisfying texture!
Dehydrated black olives with herbs are a decadently dark olive that's packed with nutrition and is an incredibly heart-healthy addition to most dinner options.
