Azure Standard has a great brand with Azure Market. I've had a really great experience with their brand, and this product is no exception. First, I appreciate the quantity. At the store, it's always in small bottles, but I use date syrup for sweetening sauces, dips, baked goods—all sorts of things! So it's nice to have an amount that won't run out fast. I also appreciate how smooth and tasty it is. Yum! Finally, I love that it's so affordable. I've made my own date syrup, but it's a bit of a dedicated process, so I'm glad I can justify purchasing a ready-made product.

I have purchased this product 3 or 4 times now and really like it. Price is better than anything I can get locally. I primarily use this in my green smoothies to sweeten them. It's just dates and from all the reading I've done it has a much lower glycemic index than other sweeteners, which is a plus.

It tastes good but crystallized , very thick, hope there is no sugar inside. And also it’s \nvery expensive. Will see how it will stay at room temperature.
