Einkorn pasta has a sweet, slightly nutty flavor that is perfect for pasta. Its texture is just right, not grainy! Compared to semolina, it is higher in protein, and more easily digested-many people with gluten sensitivity find they are able to eat einkorn. Einkorn is an heirloom wheat that hasn't been hybridized.
Made in an allergen free facility using low temp drying methods. The shapes are extruded through bronze dies to create a rough texture that
clings to your sauce.

Directions
Bring 4-5 quarts of cold water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste until preferred level of al dente texture is reached. Drain pasta.

Best tasting gluten free noodles I have had in 25 years of eating gluten free. The noodles retain their shape during cooking. They have a properly cooked noodle texture and taste.
