This is my first time using coconut syrup, I like it! I've used it to sweeten my loaves of sourdough bread, in plain yogurt and on pancakes. Very sweet and good. My only observation is that the bottom third of the bottle came crystallized. I'm assuming it's like honey and I can put the jar in hot water to get that to go away. Overall, I'm pleased.
