Great for authentic food from many South American and African countries, NOT the same as tapioca starch. It’s like the difference between cornmeal and cornstarch.

I use cassava a lot in gluten free cooking. This is a great quality flour. The smell is a fresh smell. I have used others from online that had a rancid smell.
