we use a lot of cassava and have purchased a LOT from Azure over the past year and it's generally been good, but we did get a batch this summer or early fall that seemed to be more like straight starch rather than cassava since it was thickening much more than normal, taking 2 or 3X the amount of liquid.

Best price for organic cassava flour that I have found. And great quality! I love that I am able to bake with this or make pancakes and they don't come out gummy like a lot of gluten free flours. It's also grain free so I can give it to my 12 month old baby I used it to make her birthday cake and recently tried sugar free pancakes that were such a hit not not gummy at all. I love that you can buy in bulk and save on waste also!
