Product Description
Broccoli seeds are sprouted in the same way as Alfalfa and also in soil in flats or the garden. Pay careful attention to drain thoroughly when prepared in jars as they mold easily. Attractive lobed leaves and very pleasant flavor. An excellent addition to your sprouting mix.

Broccoli seed sprouts are good sources of Vitamin C & A, minerals, including trace minerals.
Sprouting: Place in a roomy container such as a quart (using up to 1 teaspoon of seed) or gallon jar (up to 3 tablespoons of seed). Soak in warm water 4 to 6 hours using enough water to keep seeds covered with water. Cover with a loose woven fabric, nylon stocking or mesh secured down by elastic or a rubber band. Rinse and thoroughly drain 2-3 times daily until sprouts are of desired length. Sprouting them in indirect sunlight will help them develop green leaves. Swish out seed caps in a basin of water if desired.

Saw older reviews about people having seeds escape from the bag. I didn’t have a single seed escape in the newer bags. I also have close to 100% germination after 5 quart jar batches. I’m very happy with this and the flavor is great. Wasn’t sure if my family (or me for that matter) would like sprouts but they’re great!

Ever since I learned about the high levels of sulphuraphane in broccoli sprouts ( the nutrient is thought to discourage the growth of cancer cells) I've made it my go-to microgreen. I trust Azure to provide a quality sprouting seed that's organic and non-gmo, and it gives me peace of mind to know I've got a dependable source for this important part of my diet.

I have sprouted several batched with these seeds & they have grown really well.\nThey have a radish like flavor when sprouted, which is not my favorite, so now I do half broccoli & half alfalfa & it's yummy.
