The dividers are well-made. I can't speak to the labels as I did not try them, but the pocket is the tiniest bit too small of width to slide a letter-size sheet of paper into. I tried to make it work, but unfortunately, I could not, so this product cannot be used for my intended purpose.

The selling point was to print a sheet of labels and transfer a row at a time versus one at a time. In the transferring, there was a learning curve that was not pleasant - very crooked because of the very slick sheet protectors. Sadly I wasted labels trying to get it right. To get the basic look I wanted I placed them on one label at a time. And personally I've used the Avery's website to design before and this time was frustrating - they would not center, top to bottom so everything printed low and I'm not happy with the result. I'm completely willing to admit this could be "user error" but I will say it was not a fun experience, lol! For me the price did not justify the end product.
