Used this for singapore chow mei fun. It is perfect for this dish. Have used other noodles with disastrous results, this is not gummy, and if you soak rather than boil, and separate with two forks, superb for stir fry.

I love rice noodles but these are super dense and hard to eat even after boiling. They stick together and are tough to eat!

A lot of the thin noodles on the market shelves are labelled as 'angel hair' noodles, which, for me, are way too fine. These are the perfect size for pho and Singapore noodles, I think. Not so much for pad thai.

This was a decent price for very good rice vermicelli noodles. They have the best texture and are the easiest to prepare in my experience

I don't think I've ever had this brand before but I was desperate b/c I do not live near an Asian Grocery store but it was so surprise. I think I will order more, I like my Asian vermicelli noodles on the thicker side and these were perfect. I did have to boil them a bit longer than the direction suggested but that's about it.
