The Amy's soups are fabulous. We like all of them, but this one is a favorite. It is just a touch on the spicy side, so if you're sensitive to the heat, a little dollop of sour cream can work wonders. If you like a little heat, this is a GREAT soup! We like to use it as a base along with the Amy's Lentil soup and add some tomatoes, beans, greens, and corn to make a larger pot of soup with a great texture and flavor.
