If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.

Use on the portable hot tub. They can be rinsed and reused but I prefer the extras for the season. Screws type filter

Love this hot tub. Works great and hold's the heat. We had a small issue with the initial product, but the people at WeJoy Vicky especially were so helpful they made everything better in a fast timely matter. If your looking for a starter or travel hot tun this is the one. Highly recommend!

Brought this Spa as a birthday gift for my wife. She really loves it except for one crucial feature that it lacks, the temperature control is not working ! I'm in contact with the Seller to hopefully resolve this issue. Will keep you posted on the progress. Update to this review. The company is replacing the spa and has been very nice about the issue. I can't give enough credit to the great customer service and feedback I received.

We had another inflatable hot tub with an external motor and kept having leakage issues from all the connections. This spa has an internal motor so there aren't any c0nnections to leak from. We added a 1/2 inch thick child play mat underneath to add a layer of comfort to the bottom. My fianc loves it

If you fill with warm water it's not too bad but it loses heat so quickly. And never gets above 101 also the filter and to be changed so frequently even when not in use
