Had this product for a couple seasons so fsr, and it's amazing. Highly recommend this model. I have it inside my wood burning fire box during months where you wouldn't put a a real log fire in, but still want the charm / glow of a fireplace. Flames, sound and heat all work very well. I've had two of these over the years, and this one is by far superior. Definitely gets 5 stars on all levels.

We used this fireplace all winter long last season. It works great. I am very happy with the look of the flame especially in a dimly lit room. It looked extra cozy when our tree was up and lit. Perfection! This heats our coldest room up within minutes.

Very happy with these fireplace logs. The flames look so real and the colors look beautiful. It also kept the large space very warm and I did not have to run my heater in the whole house. Made my house cozy during the holidays.

We purchased this as a gift for my grandparents who had a non functional chimney in the house. I wanted something that cast a fairly life like glow and movement with the ability to also put out a pretty good amount of heat. This seems to have fit the bill perfectly. My grandparents use it frequently through the winter and say it is very soothing to watch.

This electric fireplace is a great little addition! While it won't heat your whole house, it creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere in our living room, perfect for those cold mornings with a cup of coffee. It's truly plug-and-play, making setup a breeze. Plus, the app is super handy for when I'm too comfortable to reach for the remote or bend down to press buttons.
