Tried and tried again to get the large buttons to be programmed. It just wouldn't work.

Needed for aging parents with cognitive decline. Easy set up and full proof. They've been using it for over a year with no prob. Really glad this device exists!

This product works too well. We got my Mom this phone for her to be able to call. The picture in lieu of the numbers work well. The product is made of good material.

As my family member's abilities declined over the past couple of years, smart phones and then regular land-line type phones became too difficult for her to use. With its pictured dialing option, this phone is perfect for her and she can dial easily. Setup is easy, as is adding the photos. I recommend this phone.

This phone is awesome! But my only complaint is that the handset volume does not remain high after the call ends. So the user must press the volume up key for 'every' call.

I purchased this phone for a family member based upon the desription and benefits for seniors. The phone does not have a loud enough speaker. The word "speaker" is not on the phone. The programmable buttons do not program. When I tried to call tech support on a Saturday, I was "told" to leave a message. 4 days later, I have not recieved a call back. Piece of junk. Do not buy.

Good phone that is easy to program. The only downside is that we want the volume of the handset to stay on loud, but every time you use it you it resets back to quiet and you have to push a button to make it go back to loud. My dad with dementia can't remember how to do that.
