It’s a hat. I would rate this higher but I’m still trimming loose and stray strings hoping the elastic doesn’t come off.

You would have to look up my other reviews. Very good product and true to size. I wear a small medium and they fit very well. You can’t beat the price for something that you could put your own logo or name on. I bought all in black except for one in a greenish color For the shooting range
