Overall, the hat is fine. It looks the way I expected, and the quality seems fine. The sizing is weird (I know, it's a snap back) because the right fit for me is somewhere between notches. That's no fault of the hat. It just is. The reason for the overall rating of 3/5 is that it was packed in a paper/recyclable envelope. The hat came crushed, and it took a little work to get the dents out. It wasn't a super awesome initial experience. Take some queues from Larix and pack your hat in a box. It's a far better user experience.
