Love these pants. Very comfortable. Will say I bought the regular length and they are long so you may want to go with a short length

I like these a lot - I'm not a medical person; I buy them just for wearing around, especially to medical appointments, because they have no metal, are surprisingly comfortable in hot humid weather, and are easy to take off and put on if needed. They come through the wash well, especially a gentle cycle with warm (never hot!) water, and dried on low for as little time as possible. I have other pairs that I've worn and washed A LOT, and the stitching has remained in place and they still come out looking nice; if I take them out of the dryer while still warm and simply lay them flat, or hand them up, they don't need any ironing. They also really do seem to be stain-resistant, as they're described to be.They're surprisingly comfortable in hot humid Gulf Coast Summer weather. I say surprisingly, because I usually find polyester intolerable, even when it's blended with cotton, but whatever weave and/or type of polyester is used in these, it seems to work.I personally do run elastic through the waist, because the tie doesn't keep them up well enough (the tie works better when on has a waist, which I no longer do...)

These are possibly the softest pants I've ever worn (also the first scrubs, though). I ordered the xl short, which fit me so well. A couple inches long, tops (I'm 6ft 240 lb). Would definitely recommend, amazing price for how nice they are.
