Pro: It looks classy Cons: Just about everything else... -It certainly wasn't cheap -Coordinating delivery was a total pain because they use a third party provider. -As soon as I plugged it in, the compressor fan was clanking against its housing. It was obnoxiously loud. Not to boast, but I'm rather handy and was able to identify the issue and resolve on my own. However, it took about 30 minutes and told me there was basically zero quality control done after the unit was assembled. -The wood shelves were not sanded and had no finish applied. Add a couple hours to sand and apply a few coats of shellac. -No right-angle plug used so it couldn't go right up against my wall. I ended up plugging it into a surge protector and strategically tucking that into a void next to the compressor. -The temperatures displayed are the settings, not the current internal temps. I guess that wouldn't be too bad if the thermostat was accurate, but it can be up to 10 off the desired temp and varies widely over time and from upper to lower shelves. If you have expensive wines that you want to keep at a precise temp definitely look elsewhere. -The beverage center side with the wire shelves are of horrible design. First, the spacing is wonky with very little ability to accommodate to different heights. Worse, the retaining pegs are gapped too far away from the shelf, so if you slide it forward, the weight of drinks will tip the shelf down and your drinks can come crashing out onto the floor! The only way to really avoid this is to stash a bunch of drinks in the very back to counterbalance the shelf's desire to tip, but that means you're going to have to pull the shelf out to access those drinks. Catch 22 -So between being around for delivery, tinkering with things just to get it plugged in, sanding and finishing the shelves then finally strategically stocking things so they don't fall out, you should probably budget at least a day and a half of your time if you plan on purchasing this fridge

Lines/condensor freezes up causing error code to display. Company or customer device is based in China so they sent parts for me to have it fixed and then bill them. Very complicated and a lot of work on the consumer.

I have only had the wine storage unit for a week, but I really like the look of the device. It truly hold 54 bottles and temperature holds at my set point of 55 degrees. The humidity stays a constant 60 percent.

The frig seems to be a good value for the investment. It's good looking and is working well. I will agree with other reviewers that the shelves don't pull out as far as my previous wine cooler and the shelves are a bit flimsy but neither of these issues are a deal breaker for us as our wine cooling needs are very basic.

I was gifted this cooler from a friend (wasn't big enough for his collection). It is perfect for my use. This has a compressor, which is far better that the smaller coolers that use a TED for cooling. The cooler is well built and holds a lot of wine due to the great use of space. As you can see, I removed a 16-inch cabinet and installed the under the counter. It fits perfectly. My friend didn't provide the spare hinge to reverse the door, so I contacted the company support. They have been responsive to my contact.
